About Belle Guaran
Belle is a former Chief People and Culture Officer with over a decade in people leadership and a background spanning human resources, law and advocacy.
Their career has seen them work across culture, capability and change, tackling enough of the challenges faced by executive and senior leadership teams to see what leadership shifts actually work in real life.
They kept coming back to play. Not the hokey team-building kind, but the learning, experimenting, and fully embodied kind.
In 2025 Belle started freediving, which re-wired their relationship with fear and risk. Now they are becoming a Molchanovs-certified Freediving Instructor to support other people who want to go deeper.
When it comes to facilitating and training, as a deaf person with a cochlear implant who learned Auslan in adulthood, Belle brings a lived understanding of what it means to navigate systems not built for everyone and to problem-solve on the fly.
